Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of website design, development, hosting, maintenance, search optimization, and related services provided by Geeks5G LLC, doing business as Geeks5G Studios ("Geeks5G Studios," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a subscription, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Geeks5G Studios provides subscription-based website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services for businesses.

Specific features depend on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

Additional functionality, including e-commerce, booking systems, directories, memberships, multilingual functionality, advanced forms, integrations, and other custom features may require additional fees.

Our current standard plans include:

Website — $149/month

Includes custom website design, development, hosting, SSL, mobile optimization, domain connection, standard lead/contact forms, analytics setup, security and maintenance, and one small content change per month.

Website + Search — $249/month

Includes the Website plan features plus ongoing Google SEO, AI search optimization, search performance monitoring, up to three small content changes per month, and an annual design refresh.

Plan features and pricing shown at the time of purchase form part of your agreement with us.

A $99 one-time setup fee is charged when starting a new website subscription unless specifically waived or discounted in writing.

The setup fee covers onboarding and the initial setup of your project.

Website plans are monthly subscriptions.

By subscribing, you authorize Geeks5G Studios and its payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method for the applicable monthly subscription fee until you cancel.

Your subscription automatically continues from month to month unless canceled.

Applicable taxes may be added where required.

There is no long-term subscription commitment unless you separately agree to one in writing.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Unless otherwise stated, services already paid for remain available through the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already processed.

Every website is created based on the information, materials, preferences, and requirements supplied by the client.

Design decisions remain within the reasonable creative discretion of Geeks5G Studios while taking the client's stated preferences into consideration.

The client agrees to provide requested information, content, images, credentials, approvals, and feedback reasonably necessary to complete the project.

Delays in providing these materials may delay the website's completion or launch.

Any turnaround time advertised by Geeks5G Studios represents an estimated timeframe for standard projects after we have received all required content, information, access, and instructions from the client.

More complex websites, delayed client feedback, custom functionality, revisions, integrations, or circumstances outside our control may require additional time.

Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, project timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Reasonable revisions during the initial design process are included as necessary to complete the agreed website.

Requests that substantially change the original project scope, structure, functionality, or approved design may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.

Once the client approves the website for launch, the initial project will be considered completed.

Monthly content changes included with a subscription are intended for small updates to an existing website, such as:

Replacing text

Updating business information

Replacing existing images

Updating links

Minor adjustments to existing page content

Unused monthly changes do not accumulate or roll over.

New pages, redesigns, new functionality, integrations, extensive content creation, major layout changes, or other substantial work are not considered small content changes and may require an additional fee.

Features outside your selected plan may be purchased separately.

Examples may include booking systems, e-commerce, memberships, directories, advanced forms, multilingual functionality, custom integrations, video production or implementation, and other custom development.

Pricing and scope for add-ons will be disclosed before the additional work begins.

Active website subscriptions include hosting, SSL, routine technical maintenance, security monitoring, and reasonable technical support.

These services remain included while the applicable subscription remains active and paid.

We may use third-party hosting, infrastructure, software, APIs, platforms, or service providers to deliver these services.

Clients may use an existing domain or purchase a new domain.

Geeks5G Studios can assist with connecting a domain to the website.

Unless otherwise specifically agreed, domain registration fees are separate from the website subscription.

The client is responsible for maintaining ownership, registration, renewal, and accurate account information for domains owned by the client.

Websites may use third-party services including payment processors, booking systems, analytics platforms, maps, social networks, APIs, plugins, fonts, email providers, and other integrations.

Third-party services may have their own fees and terms.

Geeks5G Studios is not responsible for outages, changes, discontinuation, pricing changes, account suspensions, or other actions taken by third-party providers.

Website + Search includes ongoing search optimization services.

SEO and AI search performance depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competition, website history, market conditions, and changes made by third-party platforms.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, placement on Google, or inclusion in AI-generated search results.

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all text, photographs, logos, trademarks, videos, graphics, and other materials supplied to Geeks5G Studios.

The client grants us permission to use those materials as necessary to design, build, host, maintain, and support the website.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of information supplied for publication.

The client retains ownership of all original content, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials provided by the client.

Geeks5G Studios retains ownership of the website design, development, code, and website files created by Geeks5G Studios during the first 24 consecutive months of an active, fully paid subscription.

After 24 consecutive months, ownership of the completed website created specifically for the client will transfer to the client upon request.

This transfer does not include Geeks5G Studios' proprietary systems, internal tools, reusable components, pre-existing technology, third-party software, licensed materials, or other intellectual property that cannot legally or technically be transferred.

If the subscription is canceled before 24 months, the client retains ownership of all materials originally provided by the client, but the website itself will not be transferred unless a separate website buyout is agreed to in writing.

If the subscription is canceled after 24 months, the client may request transfer of the website. After transfer, the client becomes responsible for hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, licenses, integrations, maintenance, and other services necessary to operate the website.

All outstanding balances must be paid before a website transfer is completed.

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Geeks5G Studios may display the completed website, screenshots of the website, and the client's business name or logo in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate business information

Providing requested content and materials

Responding to requests for feedback or approval

Maintaining required third-party accounts

Reviewing website content before launch

Ensuring their business and website comply with laws applicable to their industry

Geeks5G Studios does not provide legal, accounting, regulatory, or compliance advice.

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and contact you to update your payment information.

If payment remains outstanding, we may suspend website services, hosting, maintenance, updates, or access until the account is brought current.

Continued non-payment may result in termination of services.

Our services may not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, malware, intellectual-property infringement, deceptive practices, or content prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where reasonably necessary to protect our company, infrastructure, providers, or other customers.

We work to create professional websites designed to support our clients' businesses.

However, we cannot guarantee that a website will produce any particular number of visitors, leads, customers, bookings, revenue, search rankings, or other business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geeks5G Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the client to Geeks5G Studios during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Material changes affecting an active subscription will be handled as required by applicable law.
