Cancellation & Refund Policy

Geeks5G Studios website plans are billed monthly and automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next monthly billing period.

Your existing service will generally continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

You may request cancellation in either of the following ways:

Through your account portal

By contacting your Geeks5G Studios account manager and requesting cancellation

Cancellation becomes effective after the required 30-day notice period.

We will provide confirmation after your cancellation request has been received and processed.

The $99 setup fee covers onboarding and the initial work required to begin your website project.

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

If Geeks5G Studios is unable to begin or provide the purchased service, we may issue a refund where appropriate.

Monthly subscription payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable.

Canceling prevents the next recurring charge rather than refunding the current billing period.

This does not affect any refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

Payments for add-ons or custom work are generally non-refundable once work on the requested feature or service has begun.

If an add-on has not yet been started, contact us and we will review the request.

You may still cancel your monthly subscription after website design or development has begun.

However, payments for work or subscription periods already provided are not automatically refundable.

If a payment fails, website hosting or other services may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully completed.

When the subscription ends, included hosting, maintenance, support, content changes, and other subscription services will end.

Website transfer, ownership, files, domains, and other assets will be handled according to the Intellectual Property and Website Ownership provisions in our Terms of Service.
